Guest reviews (Google)
Add your Google Business link to collect reviews after every reservation.
- 1Open Settings > Restaurant details > Guest reviews
- 2Paste your Google Business link
- 3Save: the link is automatically inserted into confirmation emails sent to your guests
Shareable booking links
Create dedicated links for your website, social media or partners, with tracking of where reservations come from.

- 2Create a new link and give it a clear name (e.g. "Instagram bio", "Website")
- 3Copy the generated link and use it wherever you need

Common issues
The situations restaurant owners run into most often, and how to fix them.
A guest isn't receiving their confirmation email+
Ask them to check their spam folder. Then check in Settings > Restaurant details that the restaurant's email address is correct, since it's used as the sender for automatic emails.
My online booking module no longer shows any availability+
Check that no Disabled date is active for the period in question, that your services are properly configured with hours, and that the requested zone isn't entirely full.
A shareable link no longer redirects to my booking module+
Open Settings > Shareable links and check that the link is still Enabled. A disabled link stays valid but blocks new reservations until it's re-enabled.
I'm no longer receiving push notifications for new reservations+
Check in Settings > Notifications that push notifications are still enabled, and that your browser allows notifications for ResaRapide in its own settings.
The Google review link isn't showing up in sent emails+
The link must be entered in Settings > Restaurant details > Guest reviews before the email is sent. Emails already sent before the setup aren't updated retroactively.
A guest can't cancel or reschedule their reservation+
The management link sent in the confirmation email is unique to each reservation and expires once the reservation has passed. If the guest deleted the email, find their reservation in your back-office to update it yourself.
I've lost access to my account protected by two-factor authentication+
Use one of the backup codes generated when you enabled 2FA to sign back in. If you no longer have them, contact support to verify your identity and reset access.
A zone's availability looks incorrect+
Check the configuration of your tables and zones as well as the hours for the service in question: incorrect availability is most often caused by a wrong table capacity or a misconfigured service.
